Cladtek is a manufacturer of clad piping, fittings and pressure vessels. We also produce mechanically lined pipe with metallurgically clad ends in accordance with API 5LD (License 0007). Cladtek is capable to clad/line pipes with various corrosion resistant alloy, such as; 316LMo, 904L, 254SMo, 825, 625, etc, at a thickness of (1 – 6 )mm.

Cladtek metallurgically clad (weld overlay) products have been used by many reputable clients.

Cladtek pipe manufacturing plant is in Batam, Indonesia (south of Singapore). Cladtek Batam facility has 10 x 12m Horizontal Pipe Cladding Rigs, and 18 Vertical Cladding Rigs, along with our API accredited Lined Pipe Manufacturing Plant for the production of API 5LD CRA Clad/Lined Pipe. This is the second largest overlay facility in the world and third largest lined pipe facility.
